   Our key professionals include:

   Dav is currently in practice as a Business Development Consultant in the areas of Business Development,
   Management and Marketing, working on several projects as directed by the firm DYKON Developments Ltd.
   He is a multi-skilled professional with sound training and experience in management, strategic planning,
   marketing, accounting, management information systems, auditing, materials and management. He graduated
   from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago, with a B.Sc. (Honors) in
   Industrial Management majoring in Finance and Marketing. He is also certified as a Project Management
   Professional (PMP) and has received additional training by attending several short courses both regionally
   and internationally. Dav-Ernan has been a feature speaker at various conferences across the Caribbean,
   United Kingdom, North America and Malaysia on subject areas such as trade in services, trade
   agreements and their impact on the private sector, institutional strengthening and the socio-financial market.

   Liesl completed both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom and holds an
   LLB (Hons.) in European Commercial Law with French from the University of Sussex and a MA (Merit)
   in Diplomacy, Law and Global Change from Coventry University. She has conducted extensive research
   on the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME), presented at various business seminars and trade
   missions across the Caribbean region, and in 2007 was a member of the panel discussion "Opportunities
   in the Caribbean for Service Industry Businesses" for the Barbados Institute of Management and
   Productivity CSME Awareness Seminar. Her works have been published in various publications including,
   "Creating World Class Service Excellence Beyond World Cup Cricket", in the Barbados Business Catalyst 2006.
   In 2006, Liesl completed a preliminary ISO 9000:2000 online training course to understand and assist service
   oriented organizations achieve standards of quality that are recognized and respected throughout the world.

   Juliette has a BA in Spanish and is currently pursuing a M.Sc. in Integration Studies at the University of the
   West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados. An integral part of her graduate studies explores the theoretical
   and practical dynamics of Caribbean integration as it relates to social, political and economic development.
   She has provided consultancy services in operations and logistics management, rapporteuring and research
   to various government and non-governmental organizations including Oxfam, the Organisation of American
   States(OAS),the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Canadian High Commission. Juliette has
   immense experience throughout the Caribbean having lived, worked and studied in the Dominican Republic,
   as well as Venezuela, Colombia and Nicaragua, between 1999 and 2006. She has also participated with the
   OAS in international electoral observations missions to Central American countries. Juliette provides a
   social development focus to the business sector with the aim of creating a space for greater participation
   of business and civil society groups in information sharing and policy-making.
